The 3rd Floor RA will be setting up a table near the elevator on the third floor with snacks.  The goal of this is to catch my residents as they come and go and talk to them, even if it's only for 30 seconds.  I want to set this up as office hours where my residents know I will be home and out in the hall, so if they need anything, they can reach me in person.  I want to further encourage and develop the relationships with my residents.
