The Career Center and College of Education are partnering with Handshake for a one-night-only event. Handshake is hosting a virtual session featuring real educators, school counselors, and administrators about what a career in education really offers, the dynamic skill sets needed to get started, and how to get on the pathway to becoming a future educator - teacher, guidance counselor, school mental health specialist, or another specialty.

The event is open to students from all majors and will be an opportunity to hear real perspectives and gain inspiration for pursuing a profession with purpose. For every event registration, Handshake will donate $5 to DonorChoose to support students and teachers around the country (up to $50,000).

Light refreshments will be provided.
