The Conservation Biology Society (CBS) and Biology Graduate Student Association (BGSA) are teaming up to tackle a litter cleanup at the UA Arboretum on Saturday, October 1st from 10 AM-noon. Cleanup will take place at the rear entrance of the Arboretum at 4985 Pelham Heights Road and along Pelham Heights road. After the cleanup we'll be hosting a little cook-out at the Arboretum, so please plan on sticking around to enjoy some grilled goods with even better company. Details on parking will be shared later, but carpooling is available for those who need transportation to/from the Arboretum. If possible, we ask that you please plan on wearing reflective type clothing if possible and bring a pair of work gloves if you have them. Please RSVP by 3 PM on Friday, September 30th.
