The 2026 Career Development Conference will celebrate leadership, innovation, and community among Black students at The University of Alabama through the collaboration of the Black Business Student Association and the Black Student Union. Building on three successful years, this year’s event seeks to strengthen student ownership, cross-organizational collaboration, and campus engagement. Alongside this collaboration, BBSA and BSU are partnering with the National Society of Black Engineers, Future Black Law Student Association, and African American Studies Student Association to host alumni from various fields to bestow insights to students as they prepare for their future beyond undergrad.
