Looking for practical ways to strengthen workplace relationships and improve collaboration? Join us for an engaging book club discussion on How to Work with Complicated People by Ryan Leak (2025). This book offers actionable strategies and insights to help you build stronger connections and navigate challenging dynamics at work. Whether you’re an avid reader or an occasional one, you’ll find ideas you can apply immediately. At each of the 3 meetings, we'll exchange take-aways from 4 chapters of the book in a relaxed setting. Feel free to bring your lunch!
HR Learning and Development is pleased to offer a few different ways for participants to access the reading material. The first 10 individuals to register for the book club will receive a complimentary copy of Ryan Leak’s How to Work with Complicated People to keep, unless you prefer to purchase your own personal copy.
Additionally, for those who miss the initial giveaway, HR Learning and Development will have 15 copies available for check-out for the duration of the book club. Whether you secure a gift copy or borrow from our lending library, we look forward to the insightful discussions ahead!
