Target Audience: All Learners
Pre-Requisites: NA - Learners are encouraged to complete all four modules, but not required.
Module I: "Why Did You Do That?" Responding to Conflict, Responsibility
This workshop explores the five primary responses to conflict: competing, avoiding, compromising, accommodating, and collaborating. Participants will learn when and how to use each approach effectively, understanding the impact of their choices on team dynamics and conflict resolution.
