Bama Jam: Bama Jam is THE signature event for Weeks of Welcome! Live music, amusement rides, food, giveaways, and so much more! This is the event you don't want to miss! This event is FREE for ALL UA students and will take place on Thursday, August 21 from 7-10PM on Peter Bryce Preserve! 

UA’s Weeks of Welcome (WOW) is eight weeks of programs coordinated by University Programs and the Division of Student Life to help all students find resources, build community, and have fun. Kicking off on Sunday, August 17, we are thrilled to share we will have over 100 events on the WOW calendar for 2025. We want to find ways for you to meet people, get involved, and find your place on campus. All events are FREE and open to all UA students. All you have to do is show up and we'll take care of the rest!
