The UA Department of Art and Art History is pleased to present our Annual Advanced Scholarship Exhibition, February 5 – 9, 2024 in the Sella-Granata Art Gallery, 109 Woods Hall. The exhibition features some of the most diverse and creative work by upper-level undergraduate studio art majors vying for scholarships in the department.
 

  • Josha Charlery, of Naples, Florida, is a junior BFA major in studio art with concentrations in photography and digital media, and a minor in news media.
  • Cayley Golden, of Cottondale, Ala., is a senior BFA major in graphic design.
  • Elizabeth Golembiewski of Fenton, Michigan, is a junior BFA major in studio art with concentrations in drawing and digital media.
  • Abby Gourgues, of Mandeville, Louisiana, is a senior double majoring in psychology and studio art.
  • Carleigh Hall is a junior double majoring in theatre and studio art.
  • Faith Kauhn, of Hoover, Ala., is a senior majoring in studio art with a minor in art history.
  • Gabriella Lopez, of Hoover, Ala., is a senior BFA major in studio art with concentrations in digital media and intermedia.
  • Libby Morris, of Wadley, Ala., is a junior BFA major in studio art with concentrations in ceramics and painting.
  • Emily Rabbideau, of Hoover, Ala., is a senior double major in studio art and creative media with a minor in Spanish.
  • Camille Sealey, of Tuscaloosa, is a senior BFA major in graphic design.
  • Katy Williams, of Tuscaloosa, is a junior BFA major in studio art with a concentration in sculpture and a minor in Asian studies.
  • Sarah Wiser, of Hinesville, Georgia, is a junior studio art major, minoring in art history.
  • Susan Xiao, of Madison, Ala., is a senior double major in computer science and studio art with a focus in digital media.
  • Reese Yarbrough, of Alabaster, Ala., is a junior BFA major in graphic design.
  • Victoria Yates, of Tuscaloosa, is a senior BFA major in studio art with concentrations in digital media and drawing.

The scholarship award winners in studio art and art history will be announced during the department’s Honors Day ceremonies on Friday, April 5, 2024.
