This event is virtual; RSVP to this event to receive the Zoom link 1 hour before the event time.

Conflict Management and Resolution Skills

Conflict is inevitable. It is not something we choose to have or not to have. But we can choose how to behave and respond to conflict. Conflict can be an opportunity for growth and positive change if addressed productively. This session will provide participants with fundamental skills and tools to help address and resolve conflict.  Some of the topics will include communication styles and potential obstacles, active listening, curiosity vs. assumptions, and practical options for addressing a conflict.
