An annual memorial YAF does to honor the victims of the terror attacks on September 11th, 2001. YAF chapter members, usually alongside Army ROTC, place 2,977 flags on the Mound in remembrance. It normally takes 2-3 hours to put them up in the morning on 9/10 and around 1 hour to take them down on 9/12.
