14th Annual Crimson Couch to 5K

Join UA's Wellness and Work-Life at the 14th Annual Crimson Couch to 5K walk/run on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 7:00pm.

The start and finish line is located at the Walk of Champions where runners and walkers have plenty of space to enjoy the perfect photo op with Bryant-Denny Stadium at night!

We welcome UA employees, spouses, family, students, and the community to participate in the 5K following our scenic route around campus. This is a unique experience you won't want to miss!
