Get ready to WALK or RUN LIKE A CHAMPION at our annual Crimson Couch to 5K. This year, the fun run will start and finish at the Walk of Champions in front of Bryant-Denny Stadium, with a scenic 3.1-mile route through UA's beautiful campus.

The event is open to all and is the most affordable 5K you'll find in town. Enjoy a race bag and free T-shirt with your $20 ticket, as well as a special $5 rate for kids 12 and younger. We'll have a DJ, raffle prizes, Big Al, and more! Trust the process, and RUN LIKE A CHAMPION!
