The fraternity and sorority community at The University of Alabama is one of the largest and most vibrant in the United States.

With over 10,000 students, the UA Greek community comprises 33 percent of the undergraduate student body and is home to 67 social Greek-letter organizations. Since Fall 2011, The University of Alabama has held the coveted honor of being the largest fraternity and sorority community in the nation with regard to overall fraternity and sorority membership.
