First Year Experience (FYE) is a department in the Capstone Center for Student Success committed to supporting the academic and social transition of first-year students into The University of Alabama community. First-year students are defined as any undergraduate student attending UA for the first time. 

From large welcome events with all classmates to small group programs for building connections with others, FYE seeks to provide resources, support, and programs for first-year students as they build their legacy at UA.
